Constant changes in society led the leadership of The Community Chest to examine the organization’s mission and goals and determine whether we are serving our communities in the best possible ways. In 2015 and 2016 a committee of volunteers, facilitated by consultant, Kirsten Reichert, and chaired by board member, Jayanne Tedesco, engaged in a process of reviewing the past and examining the future of The Community Chest. The questions asked related to how we can continue to address the needs of our communities.
